The trial is the evaluation. Hiberden's free 30-day trial is the full product: every feature on, no payment details, and a built-in virtual tape drive so you can evaluate the entire workflow before spending anything, on hardware or on us. We'd rather you try thoroughly than buy on faith.
Purchases are final. Because the trial is complete and unrestricted, we don't offer no-questions refunds after purchase. A license is delivered instantly by email and is yours permanently.
Mistakes are always made right. If you were charged twice, hit a billing error, bought by accident, or the software has a defect we can't fix for you, write to us and we'll sort it out, including a refund where that's the right answer. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your rights stay intact. Nothing in this policy limits rights that mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you.
